Here we have a wonderful piece of history taken from Eric Clapton's summer tour of 1975. This 18ct yellow gold pendant disc was commissioned to Cartier and is engraved with the words 'Eric Clapton, Summer Tour '75' with a guitar and palm tree motif below. The reverse side is engraved with the initials 'S.P.' (most likely a band member) alongside the Cartier signature and serial number.
